Need assistance with WiFi drivers?

I just installed a new PC using a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 board and an am4 5600x processor. When trying to install drivers, I used the Gigabyte support page with a USB, but nothing happened once I ran the files on the machine. The device manager didn’t show any new drivers, even after several attempts. The motherboard supports Wi-Fi, but the WiFi screws I attached didn’t work. Am I checking the right location?

It might not be useful data, but certain device drivers require you to stay updated with Windows patches before installation. This applies to AMD programs as well.

I’m unable to apply any Windows updates since there’s no internet connection. The AMD chip drivers installation didn’t resolve the issue.
