Hello, I own an MSI B450 Mortar Max motherboard and a Ryzen 5 1600 AF processor. I use Bluestacks to play mobile games and needed to turn on virtualization in BIOS for that. After rebooting the PC, I lost USB support on Windows—no keyboard or mouse, even with a pen. I’m trying to disable virtualization again in BIOS so USB comes back. Can someone help me? P.S. My English is not great 😅

You're puzzled, but the setup is different. Bluestacks works on an ARM emulator inside Windows, not requiring virtualization. Your wife's R5 2400G can handle it directly.

When I open Bluestacks, he asks me to turn it on, but the reality is I had an i72600 and was able to use it smoothly with another system. Now this one doesn’t work at all—I can’t play, and the game I want to run, Rise of Kingsdoms, won’t load. It’s really confusing since I enabled it in BIOS, yet all my USB ports stop working.
