I have a Moza Aircross 3. I visited the website, downloaded the Windows Moza Assistant. I went through the setup process carefully, but the software isn’t detecting the gimbal when connected. It’s really confusing—I’m not sure where to place the files or how to install this app correctly. I’ve never updated firmware before and feel a bit lost. The computer doesn’t recognize the gimbal at all. Could someone please join me in a Discord call? I’d love to see your screen and walk you through the steps properly.
