I updated the network infrastructure at my workplace. Replaced the switch with a USW-Pro-48-PoE, connected the UDM Pro, and added two USW-Aggregation devices to manage our fiber distribution lines. The issue remains: front office systems function normally since they bypass the aggregation switches. Only the PDM server linked to an aggregation switch is affected, allowing access to its details. Other ports display warning messages with no log entries, and I verified that several workstations on different fiber nodes lack a direct network connection. I’ve searched online but haven’t found widespread reports of this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Additionally noted the reason for the aggregation switches was replacing an Allied Telesyn AT-8516F/SC. I had to switch the fiber lines from SC/SC to SC/LC to connect with the Ubiquiti equipment. It's worth mentioning I also upgraded the patch cables to OM3 at the time, since they were originally OM2.

It turns out the USW didn't cooperate with the Allied Telesyn fiber switch across the line; they connected a Professional 8 PoE device at the other end, which resolved the issue.
