I’ve accumulated too many partitions from failed Ubuntu attempts. I’ve removed Ubuntu and GRUB entirely, reinstalled Windows completely. Still facing issues—my partition table looks completely different than expected. Here’s a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/sI2axTD.png Do you know how to wipe all these partitions and restore a clean Windows 8 setup?

These are sections created by the maker of your notebook... you might remove the recovery copies if you have backup DVDs, otherwise leave them. You can expand your Windows partition with the unused area available.

There’s no option to remove the 16GB and 350MB storage units. This device lacks a traditional hard drive.

I believe there was an option to create a bootable USB recovery disk via Windows 8... perhaps attempt that to eliminate the recovery partitions. The unallocated space can be added directly to the Windows installation media.

I'm not sure about the 451MB partition, but it sounds like a storage section in a device's file system.
