You're facing an issue where the motherboard LEDs activate but nothing else functions. After removing the PC components and replacing the PSU, only the CPU and RAM seem to work. It's possible the PSU is faulty despite being new. Check connections and ensure all components are properly seated. If the problem persists, consider testing with a different PSU or consulting a technician.

There’s a high likelihood it’s not the PSU, but another issue like a faulty CPU, GPU, or motherboard. Since you don’t have replacement parts, figuring it out is tough. Do your boards show any debug lights?

I first considered the motherboard, but my doubts grew when I connected a second power supply and it activated. It has a diagnostic display (the small one showing a two-digit error code), though it seems to only activate when the system is running.
