It seems the 75hz option isn’t visible despite using an HDMI cable. You mentioned checking with an updated driver, but it still doesn’t appear. Could there be another issue with the connection or settings?

The specific model is well-defined. Many screens limit their refresh rate to the maximum supported by DP, avoiding HDMI compatibility.

ProLite X2783HSU seems to have manual HDMI support, though it might not be the best option. You could look for alternative models.
