Based on everything I've checked since this release, 3600mhz works best for Zen2 and offers a solid 1:1 performance with the infinity fabric (considering value). I remember reading that 3744 gave marginally better results but came at a much higher cost—especially when trying to go beyond 3600mhz. Would I? Absolutely, I would. I love experimenting with OC settings; it's rewarding once you get it right. You can manually adjust the frequency and it will loop up to three times looking for stable timings. If it works, I'll share; if not, I won't. Also, removing the DOCP or XMP profile will require setting the voltage to match your XMP/DOCP spec—likely around 1.35v.
