Hey, I have three monitors set up—two 27-inch main displays and one 21-inch side monitor for chats. I’m thinking about arranging things so the full taskbar stays on the main monitor with all your pinned apps, while the third monitor either shows only selected tabs or lets you pick specific programs like Skype, Teamspeak, Discord, or Spotify. Or maybe all open apps are visible? Let me know what you prefer!

On Windows 10 you can adjust the taskbar settings to suit your needs. I configured it so the buttons appear only when the program is active on the screen. If you need alternatives, consider using a third-party tool.

The main choices for the taskbar are varied, but the simplest method I use is displaying running programs directly on that taskbar or monitor. It’s helpful to see everything firsthand, so I can easily switch tasks based on which monitor or desktop they appear on. I find it much more convenient than using TaskView or similar tools to locate the program I want.
