Hello,
I'm seeking advice on possible system upgrades. Right now my performance is good, but FPS drops significantly when using the second monitor at 1080p. I've considered lowering it to 720p, but the issue persists. My current specs are listed here: https://imgur.com/a/to8ufv1
Would you have any suggestions? Or should I start fresh and build a new system?
Cheers,

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Speccy doesn't have a way to determine your PSU or its age. You should specify the make, model, and mage of your PSU yourself. BIOS version for your motherboard is also needed. Which games are you using to test performance and notice FPS drops?

It's recommended to format your thread with details from this discussion:
*How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice*
This guide was made to address the frequent requests for upgrade advice both here and on CPU forums. I wanted to ensure we have the right information.

For more help, please share your location, budget for the upgrade, and preferred purchasing site.

The amount of VRAM in your RTX 3080 (19GB or 20GB) is not specified. The typical resolution you play at isn't mentioned. You're asking about games you're currently playing.

2 component options would result in 5700x3d. The 4070 Ti Super or 4080 Super depends on how far your pockets can go. (Pros prices should decrease). The 5000 series seems like a failure. Or it's the high-end side from AMD. Pros have more VRAM.
