You're linked to a laptop, and the "other address" refers to the IP address you should use when connecting to it. For instance, 10.60.13.104 is the device's IP.

It was a topic I hadn't encountered before, they paused at around thirty seconds for subnetting, then moved to /32 for hosts. Many older systems would even alert you if you tried a /31 subnet because such configurations weren't widely used ten or more years ago.
