Hi Guys,
I've been searching for assistance since I'm new to this setup. My system includes an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF Processor with Wraith Spire, an ASRock B450M Steel Legend motherboard, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) at 3000MHz CL15 DDR4, and an MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC 4GB. I've tried adjusting the BIOS even slightly, but every change causes a crash, forcing me to hardreset the motherboard by removing its battery. I'm curious if overclocking is possible without damaging it. I also have a 650W power supply from Corsair.

Initially I had this cooler. I believed the power supply was of poor quality and caused problems, so I upgraded to this one.
