I sold my RX 570 which I was using with my R5 3600/B450 Tomahawk. Since the 3600 doesn’t have built-in graphics, I installed an AMD Radeon HD 4650 to use as a display card. After setup, the PC boots up and shows the login screen with the logon sound playing but no visual output. The debug LEDs are functioning properly. However, there’s no display. I’m unfamiliar with non-UFI/UEFI GPUs or BIOS settings for running the HD 4650, and I’m seeking advice to get my PC working again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I can’t use my computer.
