At first I couldn't find a solution, but Microsoft tends to keep its logs very careful. There should be a log you can check for details. Why do you need to understand this? Are others using your computer or are you manually restarting and checking the logs? I usually see my device running smoothly since my USB audio connections and power supply are working fine.
