Listen carefully until the end of this notice. Someone who values rest more than me might express disappointment over how little sleep I’ve managed while trying to edit this game. I was finally able to get it running smoothly until I discovered a problematic area in the game.

I’ll describe the issue, share what I attempted to resolve it, and provide some background or details about the location, current mods nearby, and possible reasons for the problem.
Explanation: I was exploring the outskirts of Whiterun (refer to section three about the mods present there) when I unexpectedly froze and had to restart the game. After loading it again, I suspected the issue was in a specific area. I removed one of the mods that was causing problems in the distant region, and now that small patch has become a random CTD in that spot.
I’ve tried several solutions (see section two for what I attempted) and only have a few more steps left to try. If you know what’s going on or need further clarification, please leave a comment.
(Short version: A part of the game freezes or shows a CTD with mods nearby. I fixed it by uninstalling one mod, but there are still a few more things to check.)

With so many mods it's hard to pinpoint exactly which one is causing issues. It could be a single problematic mod or several together. I suggest installing them one by one, beginning with the ones you need most functional. Sharing your computer’s specifications might also clarify if the problem lies with the mods themselves.
It might be related to skyfalls. There are several waterfalls on the route to Riverwood from Whiterun. Nearby cells could also be contributing, possibly affecting the CTD. I suspect a problem exists between the Skyfalls and fallen tree bridges in adjacent cells.
