Are you sure there isn't a screen nearby for testing, to confirm the problem isn't with your PC?

Playing a game at 4K demands a lot from your GPU, have you considered reducing the resolution to 1440p or even 1080p? It might make the visuals appear lower quality, but it will definitely boost the frame rate.

It's essentially a very costly 3060, and it makes sense it's having trouble with 4K.
