Hi!
The PC parts arrived today, and I'm assembling it. I have a few questions that need clarification:
For the motherboard (Asus Prime Z790-P), it came with three sets of screw male + female for the M.2 connector. Should I use all three females and just one male to secure the M.2, or should I match the number of female+male pairs based on my SSD size? My SSD is a WD Black SN770.
I've installed the three females because they fit well under the SSD, and I only attached the male screw where the SSD hole is located. But I'm not sure if this is the right approach or if it might cause problems.
The case (CoolerMaster Master Box TD500 Mesh) includes three fans, and I've purchased a Master Liquid ML240L water cooler for the CPU. Where should I place the water cooler fans? 🤔
I've attached some pictures showing my confusion.

I mentioned "3 sets of screws" regarding M.2 drives.
It seems likely your motherboard supports 3 M.2 drives with 3 ports.
Each set contains one female and one male screw.
If you only have a single M.2 drive, use just one set.
The remaining two can be kept for future additions or in case the first set fails.
M.2 drives differ in both length and capacity. Most consumer desktops use 2280 dimensions, not necessarily capacity. I’m not sure what you mean by "big".
All three sets of screws should fit any M.2 drive you encounter, BUT... they might not work on another brand’s motherboard. There doesn’t appear to be a universal standard across different manufacturers.

The best method to prevent those screw sets from loosening is to install them in different M.2 locations. They are hard to find.

Thanks for the updates, everyone!
Everything worked out smoothly.
(Note: I don’t have time to install an OS just yet, but the BIOS info seems okay.) 🙏
