Okay so I've been a fan of dishonored since it came out and I've done everything I possibly can with the first game, but I'm confused about the details for pre-ordering Dishonored 2 Collectors Edition, since I'm not very good at getting/finding information... Link: http://www.game.co.uk/en/dishonored-2-co...me-1285737 1. Will I get the game when it releases, as in will I have to wait a few days for it to be shipped to my house or will I get it when it comes out? 2. Do I have to buy an optical drive for my PC or will it come with a digital code, and if I have to buy an Optical Drive what one do you recommend? 3. Since my PC doesn't have an Optical Drive tray, could I have the Optical Drive outside of my PC, and stick it to the underside of my desk or something, or would that be too hard/pointless. Thank you for reading and helping me with my questions, have a good day/night!

You might pre-order just in case there are limited releases or changes after launch. It’s not guaranteed, but it can be a smart backup plan.

1. The shipping situation varies; some companies deliver on time while others may not. Check the official site for details.
2. Many titles now offer digital downloads via Steam instead of physical discs, so a digital key is likely. Confirm with the seller or publisher.
3. You can simply place the drive in your case if it fits; otherwise, consider purchasing an external optical drive for about $20.

The collector's edition faced a shortage right from the start. Many customers who hadn't pre-ordered were shocked to discover there were no remaining copies of a newly released game.
