I possess a Nvidia 3070 A AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with six cores and 16 gigabytes of RAM. My problem involves micro stuttering that began in Cyberpunk. After about a week, I believed it was due to mods, but it continues even when I restart the system. I've tried various fixes—adjusting priorities, managing processes, overclocking—but nothing works. Please assist me.
