Hello
I’m planning to assemble a PC soon this month and need some advice.
Here are the details:
- Case: CORSAIR 5000D AIRFLOW Tempered Glass (black)
- PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-850W Gold
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI
- CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K
- RAM: Kingston FURY Renegade 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MHz KF560C32RSK2-64
- GPU: ASUS TUF-RTX4070TI-O12G-GAMING
- Case cooler: NZXT Kraken 360
- M.2 SSD: Samsung SSD 980 PRO, 2TB
- HDD: WD Blue 3.5", 2TB, 7200RPM

My questions are:
1. Will mounting the new NZXT cooler on top fit within the case? (Will the radiator and motherboard cable fit?)
2. I plan to swap my current cooler for an Arctic 3+3 push/pull system. Can you help me with that?
3. The motherboard doesn’t list support for a 2TB SSD; only 1TB and 990 Pro are mentioned. If it’s not listed, will it still work? (I checked the older site like PCPartPicker first)
4. I bought RAM 2x32GB at 6000 MHz DDR5 CL32. The seller said the processor supports up to 5600MHz, but they told me I can buy any RAM and it won’t work.
😀

I think it’s a bit confusing because the motherboard seems to support higher speeds.
Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
1| You should be ready to go!
2| For optimal performance when pushing or pulling, place the AIO at the front with the fans on.
3| If you're building a gaming rig, I'd recommend a Crucial model. You can still update to the latest BIOS and use the Samsung Pro drive, but it's more cost-effective since the difference won't be noticeable in everyday tasks.
4| Where is this seller located? Let's stay on topic—your RAM will come out of the box, though it will already be overclocked.

Hi
I prefer not to put it at the front since this video is built on top of it.

Another AIO cooler would be better, like a Kraken X73, but it’s no longer made.
If the current one isn’t satisfactory, another option might be the Asus Rog Strix LC II 360 with Arctic fans?

I’m in Slovakia, live in a small city, and there are many PC stores. I’d probably buy parts from one of them because they’re cheaper. They order everything, but if something isn’t right, I have to pay for it too. I build PCs because I don’t like cable management. That’s why I asked if ordering the parts would be acceptable.
