Every time I attempt to record a game using Qiuck Sync as the encoder, it mentions that someone might assist. The CPU I have is an AMD G640, and I'm not sure if it supports Quick Sync. I followed the settings provided by @AlwaysFSX, which you can find here: (post 33). Please let me know if this helps.

I'm not sure what triggers that issue. Have you attempted to install the Intel drivers for your processor?

It turns out the CPU I have isn’t compatible with Quick Sync, as mentioned by @Valentyn, and the referenced link also confirms this.
