I linked my new setup to the power and the motherboard LED lit up bright orange. But when I power on the machine, the CPU fan runs briefly before stopping, while the case fans continue until it shuts down completely. There’s no BIOS boot detected, and there’s no output from the system. I’ve checked the CPU pins—none appear bent. I also removed all RAM without any effect. The issue seems related to power delivery or fan control. The Corsair 1000W power supply is installed, but the setup still doesn’t respond properly.
You haven't performed a BIOS update prior to installing the Ryzen 3000. The X370 model doesn't have native support for this update.
The X370 likely doesn't run a BIOS version compatible with the Ryzen 3900X.
