I need to find guidance on timing, voltage, and CPU settings for a moderate stable overclock using your new components. Could you clarify the specific requirements or any constraints you have in mind?

It really doesn't make much sense to push the Ryzen 3000 CPU beyond its limits. Just adjust the BIOS settings, turn on PBO, and with proper cooling and power supply, the CPU will operate at its full capacity.
Edit: You can still see some improvements in games by adjusting your RAM timings. Try looking up a 'Ryzen Dram Calculator'—it's a handy tool that helps maximize your memory performance.

You can achieve strong performance by overclocking the Ryzen CPU. The 3600x overclock comes from time spy cpu, showing impressive results. It’s challenging to surpass 8000 CPU marks, but it appears achievable. Reaching 4.3GHz and 3733RAM will place you above 9700k in this chart. On time spy, the average score for 9700k is 8071.

To score well, aim to overclock your RAM as close to 3800 as possible and your clock speed near 1900. Focus on improving core speeds; ideally, target around 4,300 MHz with stable performance.

The main obstacle preventing good results is the Corsair Vengeance LX 16GB 3200MHz RAM. With this configuration, expect a 4.3GHz stable frequency at 1.35V. The 3DMark score will vary due to RAM timings.

With better RAM and faster clock speeds, the 3600x could reach the stock 9700k using a modified die and tighter RAM settings. Using IF1866 with 3733RAM would likely yield a higher score. However, the Corsair Vengeance LX 16GB struggles with limited overclocking at 1.35V.

This was my fastest run on the 3800x using time spy cpu, achieving 11900. A more realistic approach would be to overclock the 3800x further for a higher CPU score. At 4.4GHz all-core with 11765, and a maximum of 24/7 OC with stock cores and boost enabled. With RAM timings adjusted manually (no PBO), the score could exceed 12k on time spy cpu.

IF1866 at 1900 would be challenging due to stability issues, especially for RAM speeds around 1866. The outcome often depends on luck and hardware compatibility.
