Need assistance with high CPU and minimal GPU load while gaming. Recently upgraded GPU and RAM, but games are consuming full resources. Speaking or streaming causes freezing and crashes, resuming only when using alt+tab. Specs: Intel Core i5 8600K, 4.7GHz, RTX 3070 Ti, 32GB GDDR6, GSKILL Trident Z 3000MHz, 4 channels, 4x8GB, Windows 10 Pro.

Taskmanager notified you? Did you reinstall your driver or performed a fresh Windows setup? Are you certain your RAM matches the previous one?

Task manager shows 100% and 15%, removal confirmed. Old driver removed; RAM differs from previous version since all components were updated.
