Hi everyone!
I'm using an ROG G531GD laptop and need to swap out the fans. I found a fan with a similar shape, but it's rated for 12V and 1A. My original fan is only 5V and 0.5A. Will that cause any issues?

It's an issue. Please obtain the proper fan. Using this one may cause it to spin too slowly, possibly leading to stalling and overheating at 5v.
