I'm having trouble locating details about this situation, but I hope it isn't another duplicate post. You're using Windows 10 and planning to switch to Pro for your new role. Initially, you considered upgrading via the Microsoft Store, which caused several ongoing issues that led you to opt for a full OS reinstall. Now you're ready for a clean installation.

With the same product key, are there any considerations when reinstalling software or transferring data from backups? Could the AppData folder encounter problems if paired with a different OS key? I'm just trying to be thorough and prevent any more complications. Thanks!
