My GTA V keeps crashing despite the latest drivers. I'm using DX10 with R9 380 and have verified the game cache, but it still doesn't function. Everything else seems fine—RAM isn't maxed, and my PC specs are listed. I just need to figure out what's causing the issue now.

Yes, it freezes briefly and then crashes. You're encountering the " ERR GFX D3D INIT " message.

yeah after 1 minute it will freeze or black out my monitor completly. Most of the time i have to restart. However i havent gotten any error messages.
