I updated the PC, reinstalled GTA 5 on Steam, but now online access is blocked. I tried clicking Social Club to play online, but it shows my status as Online and Offline with a green circle next to my name. The profile lists Offline. How can I resolve this issue?

Indicates nat type identification issue, UDP might be restricted
