So it began with one title (Rising Storm Vietnam) and then spread to many others using this software—Last Oasis, Hell Let Loose, Post Scriptum, etc. What happens when you select a game and the server loads in about 30 seconds but freezes? You still hear sounds, but everything is stuck. A few times it shows a security violation code like 00001. It seems like there’s no clear explanation, just random numbers. I messaged Easy without getting a reply, waited three weeks, then did a drive wipe three times. I’m scratching my head trying to fix things, because everyone around me loves games with easy anti-cheat. I checked all the troubleshooting steps—my PC specs look good: GIGABYTE X299 AORUS Gaming 7 Pro LGA 2066, Intel X299 i9-7940X, MSI GTX 1080 Ti, Corsair Vengeance LPX, ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR, etc. I also tried playing without ICUE and kept logs of crashes. If anyone can help, it would mean a lot. I’m really tired of this mess.

The straightforward solution is to remove it. It seems like a waste of time.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I assumed it might be an antivirus program rather than an anti-cheat tool. If new installations aren't resolving the issue, I'm uncertain how to proceed beyond asking Easy for assistance.

Everything is fine, I can attempt to add 100 tickets if needed.

I'll try it again tomorrow. What might be causing trouble for EAC?

That means I cleared everything and restarted the PC, which is essentially reinstalling Windows.
