It seems the chipset driver included with Windows is what you're seeing. This isn't necessarily an issue, but you can look at the motherboard support site for a list of drivers. These may not always be the most recent, especially for older systems, but they're a useful starting point.
Hey there,
There are a few points I want to mention.
First, your RAM is quite limited—16GB is not enough for your tasks. A 32GB upgrade would help and prevent performance drops from using swap or virtual memory while gaming. Update your BIOS, reset the CMOS, and try the new 32GB setup alone.
Second, your GPU is decent but still below what’s needed for high-quality streaming unless you use a capture card. My previous model was the 3060ti, which I enjoyed, but streaming quality never reached my expectations.
Third, your CPU is adequate, though it could be improved.
Lastly, your HDD usage at full capacity likely stems from the system relying on swap as RAM runs out during games. This causes significant slowdowns. Ideally, you should use an SSD for your OS and another for gaming.
As @thestryker suggested, make sure all drivers, including the chipset, are up to date.
All thanks for the responses and assistance. Moving to the SSD for Windows definitely brought about a significant improvement, and finding a 32GB RAM package that works seamlessly would be great. Still working on a few tasks.
A set of DDR4-3200 CL16 should function adequately on that platform. This is the most reliable choice, while DDR4-3600 CL16 offers better performance but might only be suitable for gear 2, potentially limiting its advantages in certain games.
