When using the monitor at its original size and disabling GPU scaling, Far Cry 4 appears at 2715x1527 pixels, with the center near the bottom-right corner. The game runs at 1080p but stretches to 1527p. A workaround I’ve tried is adjusting the monitor to match 1527p before launching. After that, it still shows in 1080p. Any suggestions?

Ensure DSR is off in the NVIDIA App settings. Alternatively, switch in and out of the game to resolve the issue.

I verified the DSR settings and checked the game files for resolution; everything matched what I expected. After optimizing with GeForce Experience and restarting, the issue resolved. Appreciate the help!
