x264 is running on a CPU, but high performance tasks like streaming cause noticeable drops. Even without streaming, performance falls significantly in games such as PUG and H1ZZ1. You can still succeed by using two computers together. A budget-friendly PC with at least a GTX 750 will provide the necessary acceleration for nvenc.
