When attempting to launch COD Warzone, the game suddenly stops functioning after just five seconds in the menu. Upon starting the game, a program named Anti Malware Service Executable is consuming a significant portion of your CPU—about 25%—and this issue appears only in COD Warzone. Could you please let me know how to resolve this?

The anti-malware tool you're referring to is essentially Windows Defender, the native security program for Windows 10. You might want to add COD Warzone to the exceptions list in Windows Defender. If you encounter any issues after the game crashes, have you considered reinstalling it?

I have tried reinstalling the game it didn't work, putting warzone in exceptions didn't work, and I get no error when the game crashes, it just crashes without error with the blizzard still opened, it also gives me the option to boot the game in safe mode, I tried with and without and the same thing happens, and for some reason, for the 5 seconds that im in the loading menu and in the menu itself, I noticed that all of the texts are really pixelated and in low resolution although I know for a fact me render resolution is on 150 = 1920x1080.

It seems your GPU drivers might not be up to date. Have you checked for the latest versions?

It might just be the PSU. That’s a really bad design!

I strongly suspect that what happened wasn’t related to the problems I’ve experienced with my PC before.
