You're using an Intel I211 Gigabit adapter with a wired Ethernet card already installed in your ASUS motherboard. The last ASUS driver was updated in 2019, but you're looking for the most recent version now. Don't rely on the ASUS driver—search for the latest official Intel drivers compatible with your system. Let me know if you need help finding them!

The ASUS model is essentially an Intel product in most situations. A quick search on Google showed a driver page for Intel network adapters for Windows 10.
