Hello, I own an RX 570 and an i7 920. I notice it runs a bit slower under CPU-intensive tasks. I'm curious if it's possible to overclock it when the CPU has just the radiator cooling.

My setup includes an i7 920 with a radiator, a cooler marked Foxconn, and it didn't have the CPU. It seemed more like a system-wide cooler.
