I updated the BIOS on your motherboard and managed to boot Windows, but the Ethernet cable isn’t working. The board is a ROG Strix B550X-F Gaming with Wi-Fi support. We checked via the command prompt and other methods without success.
You may need installation tools or the BIOS might have caused issues. As it looks like you can boot into Windows, use a USB drive to another device with internet access, and search for the motherboard on the manufacturer's website. Look for drivers there, possibly near the BIOS section. Some options work for specific parts, and certain versions of Windows 10 are available online if you have connectivity. It’s a bit tricky right now.
Use your phone to download and move the driver to your PC, then install it. It's also a good idea to update the chipset driver.
