I'm running a Ryzen 7 2700X and recently got the Ryzen 5 5600X. I checked Gigabyte's site for my motherboard but didn't find anything before version F52. Should I apply the previous BIOS updates or can I jump straight to F52 and then F60E to install the R5 5600X? Thanks!

Confirm the chipset drivers are current before proceeding with the flash. Use the F60e directly unless the instructions specify otherwise.

I attempted to use the Gigabyte BIOS tool, but the USA servers didn’t respond. Would it help if you updated your chip drivers instead?

Go directly to F60e mode, that's what I need. Use a USB drive inserted into the BIOS via Q-Flash. The attached file is the F60e BIOS archive.

Start with the first instruction. Read it carefully and follow the steps.

You can check the chipset status by visiting the manufacturer's website or contacting their support team directly.

Page for B450 AORUS M (rev. 1.x) support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A. latest chipset drivers are version 2.09.28.509. It's actually a decent board, though the BIOS could be clearer.

Extract the archive to a USB drive formatted with FAT32. After that, move forward with BIOS setup and flashing.
