Hey everyone, we’re in a bit of a bind. ~I’m experiencing unexpected loss spikes while playing games on my PC. ~These spikes last a few seconds and happen repeatedly every minute or so, hitting 40% loss. ~It’s super frustrating and usually occurs during the day. ~I’m using a 40mbps connection, and this issue didn’t exist on my old ISP. ~I mainly play CS:GO and PUBG PC LITE, and my system is fine otherwise. ~From India, I reached out to customer support, but they say it’s resolved, though I haven’t noticed any improvement. ~Could someone please help us out? Your support means a lot!~

I’m linked through your ISP, router, Wi-Fi, or Powerline adapter. Describe how your home network is organized.

Have you attempted to disconnect your router temporarily and connect directly to your ISP modem to verify whether the service is active or if the issue lies with your router?

I also did, though it keeps happening... It's really important... I'm now using it straight from the modem.

Have you experimented with another Ethernet cable? What about other gadgets, do they face the same data loss concurrently?

I've changed the cables, but the issue persists across other devices.
