Mac comes first, then Windows, finally Linux. Reason: Mac understands how to work with Windows, Linux is good at handling Windows, Windows can’t manage anything and will crash after quietly wiping all your Linux partitions.
I haven't set up MacOS outside a VM, which might affect the advice. You could try installing Windows 7 first, then Windows 10, followed by MacOS and finally Linux. My thought is that Windows 7 is the least experienced among the options during installation. Windows 10 usually offers a choice to keep booting into Windows 7. MacOS will probably recognize both versions and let you save the option to restart in either. Linux will definitely include the other two and add them to the GRUB menu. I haven't done this before, so be careful. Good luck!
