Avoid opening random files from unknown sources. Focus on inspecting the socket and power cable connections. Ensure all cables are firmly attached. Verify your power source doesn’t emit burning odors. Start the computer without any USB or HDMI devices except the mouse and keyboard display. Reset the BIOS settings if needed. Run a RAM test in BIOS. Begin with a single RAM stick to confirm functionality. Enter safe mode for testing. Remove recently installed programs. Adjust the power profile to maximum performance. Perform a comprehensive virus scan.

Everything stayed the same and for PSU I bought a new one but it keeps happening.
