You can purchase from various places, and your budget will differ based on your location. The price and the best options for your budget change depending on where you are. For example, the 1660S isn't very expensive compared to the video card you're using. Your PSU should work fine with your current setup. I'm still using a 9-year-old Seasonic PSU (650 watt G series) paired with an RTX 2080 and a 10600K. I also have a replacement RM 850 unit that hasn't been installed in over a year.

I come from Egypt, so the prices here are much higher than usual because the local currency is weakening. My budget is around 1500 to 2000 Egyptian pounds, which translates to about 50 to 65 dollars. For instance, I can get a gigabyte P650B for roughly 1800 pounds (58 dollars).

You won't locate quality PSUs for around $58 anywhere, not even in the US. The Gigabyte model is just a budget item with strict regulations.
If you have other choices, a Super Flower Golden Green would be preferable.

I understand your perspective.
Just put the card in and have fun!
Enjoy the game or whatever you're doing.
