Purchased four RAM modules from Ebay; two stopped the PC from functioning properly, so I received a refund. They advised keeping the damaged units. I’ve reviewed some online discussions and think I should interrupt the electrical signals that transmit data while preserving power and RGB settings. By examining images of fake RAM, I can identify which connections to remove. For the metal removal, high-grit sandpaper seems like the most reliable method, though I’m willing to try other approaches if needed.
