Hello! When you stream videos on your PC from various sites like YouTube or Facebook, the video plays but the sound remains silent until you press F5 to start or stop it. Testing the audio in Windows Settings didn’t trigger playback, likely because you didn’t use F5. This issue began after a factory reset with the files preserved option selected. Thanks!

No changes were made. Reinstalling the audio drivers didn’t resolve the issue.
