I was replacing my PC with a used motherboard from eBay and a new CPU. After installing everything, the CPU light came on and the system wouldn’t start properly. It’s also looping during boot. I have an ASUS TUF Z790 Plus D4 board. I’ve tried cleaning the CPU, changing the PSU and motherboard, updating BIOS, and removing the CPU, but the board keeps lighting up even when the PC is off.

Inspect the MOBO thoroughly, focusing on the rear side for any issues. Examine the CPU for any broken or missing pins. If you decide to file a claim with Ebay, ensure your return policy is followed to protect your investment. Even minor problems could lead to failure after the 30-day window.

I attempted to purchase a new motherboard, but it’s identical to the previous one. It’s unclear if the issue is with the product or my setup.
