I recently assembled a brand new PC optimized for the 5090. It features an AMD 9800X3D graphics card with 3D Gigabyte X870E Pro, 32GB RAM, and Corsair Titanium 6000Hz. I’m currently using my Strix 3090. From a gaming perspective, the setup performs exceptionally well—truly impressive with the 9800X3D. However, there are some issues when streaming on YouTube; I often experience buffering at 1080p resolution. Websites tend to load slowly, and Discord image downloads lag. I’ve experimented with various fixes: reinstalling drivers, adjusting settings via Process Lasso, disabling hardware acceleration, uninstalling Chrome, and updating Windows 11 Pro. The BIOS was also updated to the latest version.

Latency isn't the same as bandwidth. In gaming you focus on latency, while streaming prioritizes bandwidth. Use this speed test tool, perform the test, and share the outcomes. Make sure to capture a screenshot of the page (removing ISP and IP info before posting).

So far, I'm experiencing a problem with YouTube—it looks like. I can stream Twitch without issues at 1080p, but YouTube only works in 720p.

I resolved the issue by removing CFOS Speed.
