Up to 48°C max card performs well in general, though the fan on the GPU functions normally while the radiator fans remain inactive. The issue seems to be with the case fans—plugging in Corsair fans from my setup might help. It’s probably a matter of isolating the variable.

You might be able to. Just grab some simple fans and avoid spending a lot unless you need a new GPU.
