I possess an ASUS M5A78L-M with USB3 and checked eBay for a compatible IO shield. The issue is that I can only locate them for the standard model, not the Plus version. Anyone have suggestions on where to find one?

Some people mention needing a custom IO shield creation service since it's a frequent issue. I think you're likely SOL. The good news is IO shields just block dust. You probably don't really need one.

With the none plus IO shield, it's almost identical but includes one usable I/O port while the others aren't.

If it works, it works. Additional openings can be sealed. Adhesive is affordable.
