Last week I attempted to update my profile but the computer shut down. When I restarted it, a splash screen appeared (Gigabyte Del ; F9 ; qflash...) and the keyboard stopped functioning. Motherboard model: AB350 gaming; CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 AM4; GPU: GTX 770 OC WindForce; RAM: 8GB Corsair 2133 MHz.

The reason for updating the BIOS is often to ensure compatibility and improve performance. Your CPU might appear outdated, but an update can still provide necessary enhancements.
