The task bar includes your pinned apps, the Windows button, Cortana, and Multitasking. I’m missing Cortana and the Multitasker, and I don’t know how to restore them. Can you assist me?

Click the task bar right-click and verify both "Show Task View button" and "Show Cortana icon" are selected.
