Hello, your brother's laptop is showing an error message after a restart: "HTTPS boot over." This usually means the system is trying to load a secure connection but something went wrong. The specs you provided are standard, so the issue might be with the hardware, software, or a driver problem. Try checking for updates, resetting the BIOS, or testing on another device to see if it works. If it persists, consider reinstalling the OS or consulting a technician.

Based on a brief search, this appears to be a common problem with Dell systems. You might try accessing the BIOS and disabling the boot sequence to determine if that resolves the issue.

It resolved on its own. There were beep noises, likely indicating a code. It emitted 2 to 3 brief beeps followed by a siren sound.
